Dane P. Hutchison

Dane P. Hutchison became associated with Stiles & Associates, LLC in January 2005. A native of Hingham, he graduated from Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Boston College and a Masters of Science in Higher Education Administration from Barry University in Miami, Florida. Dane graduated from New England School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Commonwealth of Massachusetts and U.S. District Court of Massachusetts.

Dane’s practice focuses primarily in the area of Real Estate Law. He represents banks and lenders as closing agent, and buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate. His knowledge, experience and patience are great assets in guiding first-time homebuyers through what can be a complex and confusing experience. In addition, Dane represents investors and landlords in eviction/summary process actions.

Dane also practices in sports law.  This practice includes the representation of professional athletes, assisting them to maximize their earning potential on and off the playing field.  He has negotiated contracts for local and national marketing opportunities for professional athletes and major corporations.
